摘  要:选矿厂位于西藏高原,处理原矿属含铜、铅、锌、钼等复杂难选多金属矿。文章简要介绍了原矿的工艺矿物学特性,并描述了各种矿物采用不同的浮选药剂时的理论浮选效果。生产表明,设计采用分段浮选、分段回水、部分回水处理后返回的选矿工艺流程实现选矿厂废水零排放的方案可行,经济合理。文章也对选矿厂设计方案与生产实践作了详细介绍,并总结了设计与建设高原型矿山的实践经验。Run-of-mine ore processed by ore dressing plant which locates in the Tibet Plateau is poly-metallic ore containing Cu,Pb,Zn,Mo and so on,which is complex and difficult to process.Characteristics of technological mineralogy of run-of-mine ore are introduced in this paper.At the same time,theoretical flotation effects of all valuable minerals with different kinds of flotation reagents are described.According to the actual production,designed flowsheet of stage flotation,stage recycling of water and retrieving part of the recycled water after cleaning can achieve zero effluent discharge,and is reasonable and economical.Meanwhile,design scheme and production practice of the ore dressing plant are introduced in detail in this article,and practical experiences of design and construction of mine located in plateau are also summarized.
