摘 要:由丙烯酰胺、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵接枝共聚合成CPAM。将CPAM引入氯化铝中,采用慢速滴碱法制备出无机-有机复合絮凝剂PAC-CPAM。研究了反应条件、投加量等对油田钻井废水絮凝效果的影响,通过环境扫描电镜观察了絮凝剂的形貌特征。结果表明,最佳制备条件为:碱化度(B)为0.5,m(CPAM)∶m(A l)=0.05,CPAM特性黏度(η)为455 mL/g,反应温度为65℃;当PAC-CPAM投加量为4.2 g/L时,废水COD去除率可达95%,浊度<6,且在同等条件下,复合絮凝剂PAC-CPAM对钻井废水的处理效果明显优于单独使用PAC或(PAC+CPAM)复配时的效果。With acrylamide(AM) and diallyl dimethyl-ammonium chloride(DMDAAC) as the material,CPAM was synthesized,then aluminum chloride was injected into CPAM,the composite flocculant PAC-CPAM was prepared by dropping alkali solution slowly.The influence of the synthesis conditions,dosing quantity on the effect of flocculation were discussed.Also the characteristics of morphology of PAC-CPAM was investigated using ESEM.The results showed that the optimum synthesis conditions were obtained as follows:alkalinity B 0.5,m(CPAM) ∶m(Al) 0.05,intrinsic viscosity(η) 455 mL/g,the reaction temperature 65 ℃;treatment of drilling wastewater by PAC-CPAM showed the removal rate of COD was up to 95% and residual turbidity was less than 6 when dosing quantity of PAC-CPAM was 4.2 g/L.The flocculation effect of PAC-CPAM was much better than that of only adding PAC or both adding PAC and CPAM under the same conditions.
