冬虫夏草水提液对小鼠抗红细胞抗体产生的影响

摘　　要：采用相同浓度不同剂量的冬虫夏草水提液灌胃小鼠，了解其对小鼠抗红细胞抗体产生的影响。结果显示：高剂量组（５０ ｍｌ／ｋｇ） 、中剂量组（３３ ｍｌ／ｋｇ） 、低剂量组（１７ ｍｌ／ｋｇ）小鼠抗红细胞抗体明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜ ０－０５），且３ 种不同剂量组之间比较也存在明显差异（Ｐ＜ ０－０５），表明冬虫夏草可促进特异性抗体的产生，增强机体体液免疫功能。The mice were given different dose and same concentration CS water extracts to determine the influence of CS on the serum level of anti-SRBC antibody level. Results showed anti-SRBC antibodies were increased by CS water extracts in doses from 17 to 50 ml/kg compared with control group ( P<0 05 ).There were singnificent difference between the three exprimental groups ( P<0 05 ),suggesting the CS may promote the production of special antibody and increase the humoral immunity.
