肾炎3号对系膜细胞增殖及产生PAF的影响

摘　　要：目的　探讨肾炎３ 号方对肾小球系膜细胞增殖及其产生血小板活化因子（ＰＡＦ）的作用。方法　不同药物喂家兔后取其血清加入系膜细胞培养液中观察其增殖情况及产生ＰＡＦ 水平。结果　肾炎３ 号方可显著抑制正常及病理状态下肾小球系膜细胞增殖及其产生ＰＡＦ 水平，有非常显著性差异（Ｐ＜０－０１）。结论　肾炎３ 号方可抑制肾小球系膜细胞增殖及其产生ＰＡＦ 水平，打破以系膜细胞为中心的调节网络，对以系膜细胞增生为主的慢性肾炎可能有很好的治疗作用。Objective To investigate the effect of Prescription 'Nephritis No.3' on proliferation of mesangial cell and PAF production Methods Serum taken from the rabbits given different medicine was added to mesangial cell culture solution, and profeliration of mesangial cells and level of PAF productin were observed. Results and conclusion Prescription 'Nephritis No.3' could obviously suppress proliferation of mesangial cells and increase of the level of PAF production in normal and pathological state, break regulatory network with the center of mesangial cell, and has good therapeutic effect on chronic nephritis whose pathological manifestation is mainly mesangium proliferation.
