摘　　要："十一五"以来,宁夏电力公司全力以赴,保质建设,通信网络架构更加坚强可靠,为宁夏电网发展方式转变提供了有力的通信技术支撑。"十二五"期间,公司通信网建设将在广度和深度上都有新的巨大发展,同时也将面临新的重大挑战。如何稳步推进宁夏电力通信网"十二五"建设,将是下一步的工作重点。文章总结了宁夏电力通信网"十一五"建设情况,分析了"十二五"面临的新形势,详细解读了"十二五"期间通信网络及信息化的建设规划,提出了宁夏电力通信网"十二五"发展目标。Since the ＂11th Five-year Plan＂ period,a strong and reliable power communication network has been built by Ningxia Electric Power Company to provide communication support for the transmission of Ningxia power grid development mode.In the period,the communication network will have great development,and it also faces new challenges.This paper summarizes the construction of Ningxia power communication network during the ＂11th Five-year Plan＂ period,analyses the new challenges in the ＂12th Five-year Plan＂ period,discusses the construction plan of telecommunication and information networks,and proposes the development goal of Ningxia power communication network in the ＂Twelfth Five-Year Plan＂ period.
