摘　　要：电力光纤到户是电网功能由单纯输电迈向智能电网的重要标志,它不仅满足了用户用电的灵活多样性需求,同时也实现了能源、信息的综合配置和资源共享,从而大幅度降低网络建设成本,提高网络综合运营效率,是建设节约型社会的重要手段。文章通过解读国家电网"十二五"通信规划,从电力光纤到户的关键技术-光纤复合低压电缆和以太无源光网络、运营模式两方面进行了分析,并总结发展经验、分析试点情况,为下一步电力光纤到户工程的全面推广打下坚实的基础。Power Fiber to the Home（PFTTH） is an important symbol that power grid enters into the age of smart grid from simply power transmission.It has not only satisfied the flexibility in electricity demand for consumers,but also achieved integrated configuration and resource sharing of both energy and information,thus reducing the cost of network construction and improving the operational efficiency.This paper introduces ＂The Twelfth-Five Year Communications Plan of the State Grid Corporation of China＂,discusses the key technologies of PFTTH（OPLC and EPON） and PFTTH operation modes,and summarizes the development experience and the pilot projects.It has laid a solid foundation for the large-scale promotion of PFTTH projects.
