摘　　要：札幌病毒(Sapovirus)可感染人和动物,引起急性病毒性胃肠炎。随着分子生物学、病毒细胞培养和动物模型研究方面的进展,不同类群札幌病毒全基因组测序完成、病毒体外增殖和衣壳蛋白体外表达,从而对该病毒的特性有了一些新的认识。本文从札幌病毒的基因组结构与功能、流行病学、细胞培养、检测方法和疫苗发展5个方面入手,系统介绍了该病毒国内外的研究现状以及存在的问题,其中流行病学及其检测技术的研究成为研究的热点。本文还对札幌病毒分子进化、疫苗研制和病毒的传播等提出了新的观点。Sapovirus can infect human and animals,causing acute viral gastroenteritis.With the development of molecular biology,cell culture and animal models,genomic sequencing of different groups of Sapovirus were completed,the virus capsid protein were expressd in vitro,and then the characteristics of the virus with some new understanding were known.From the Sapovirus genome structure and function,epidemiology,cell culture,detection methods and vaccine development,this article introduce the research status and problems of the virus at home and abroad,which the epidemiology and detection methods has become hot spots.This paper also put forward different views to Sapovirus molecular evolution,vaccine and the spread of the virus.
