摘 要:塔里木马鹿鹿茸组织的形态学是研究鹿茸生长发育机制的基础。本研究以增茸素处理和自然生长的生长期为30和60d的塔里木马鹿二茬鲜茸为材料,采用常规石蜡切片和HE染色等方法,对其茸皮层、未分化的间充质细胞层、成软骨细胞层和软骨细胞层进行组织形态学研究。结果显示:自然生长60d的鲜茸茸皮组织切片中除了静脉数(8.56±2.66个.mm-2)外,动脉数(9.14±2.32个.mm-2)、毛囊数(15.6±6.45个.mm-2)、神经数(16.44±5.67个.mm-2)均分别高于30d的(分别为2.53±1.17、6.67±2.99、3.62±2.32个.mm-2),其中动脉和神经生长变化差异显著(P<0.05)。其它组织层附属器官生长变化无显著性差异。用增茸素处理后,茸皮仍有相类似的生长变化,神经生长变化差异仍显著(P<0.05);生长60d间充质细胞层组织切片中动脉数(3.21±1.08个.mm-2)显著高于30d的(2.47±1.17个.mm-2)(P<0.05),而生长30d的成软骨细胞层中的动脉数(10.17±2.87个.mm-2)高于60d的(8.27±2.33个.mm-2)(P<0.05)。增茸素处理组30d茸皮组织切片中的动脉数(8.74±2.90个.mm-2)和神经数(8.62±2.18个.mm-2)显著地高于自然生长组30d的(2.53±1.17、3.62±2.32个.mm-2)(P<0.05),因此增茸素对鹿茸早期生长的影响较大。马鹿茸从生长30d到60d,各组织层的变化以茸皮层最明显,以间充质细胞层的生长变化最小。Morphology and histology of Tarim wapiti deer antler provided a theoretical basis for improving the quality and yield of velvet.This research was conducted on four kinds of samples including the growing 30 and 60 days anlter treated by the antler growing reagent and untreated.Using the common methods such as tissue slicing and HE staining,the conclusions about the different samples of the different antler tissues: velvet skin,mesenchyme,precartilage and cartilage had been got.It shows that,except the vein(8.56±2.66 per square millimeter),the average number of arteries(9.14±2.32 per square millimeter),hair follicles(15.6±6.45 per square millimeter),nerve(16.44±5.67 per square millimeter) in the paraffin section of velvet skin in growth period for the 60 days separately is higher than 30 days'(2.53±1.17,6.67±2.99 and 3.62±2.32 per square millimeter),and the growth change of artery and nerve are statistically significant,while there are no significant difference in the growth of organs of attachment in the other antler tissues(P0.05).After treated by the antler growing reagent,the velvet skin still have the similar growth change and the growth change of nerve still is statistically significant(P0.05);the average number of artery(3.21±1.08 per square millimeter)in mesenchymal cells layer in the period of 60 days is higher than that of 30 days'(10.17±2.87 per square millimeter)(P0.05) while the average number of artery(8.27±2.33 per square millimeter) in precartilage cells layer in the period of 60 days is significantly lower than that of 30 days'(10.17±2.87 per square millimeter)(P0.05).The number of artery(8.74±2.90 per square millimeter) and nerve(8.62±2.18 per square millimeter) in fresh antler of 30 days which treated by antler growing reagent is significantly higher than that of natural growth one(2.53±1.17 and 3.62±2.32 per square millimeter)(P0.05).So the effect of the antler growing reagent on the early growth of antler
