摘  要:利用粉末冶金法制备制冷压缩机用铁基阀板,研究阀板在生产过程中几何尺寸及平面度的变化规律。结果表明:烧结和整形工序使阀板的长度和宽度增加,阀板的厚度减小,长度和宽度的最大增加值分别为0.14mm和0.17mm,厚度最大缩小值为0.08mm,阀板的几何尺寸可以通过预成型来控制;烧结工序是导致阀板平面度增加的主要因素,烧结使阀板平面度的最大值为0.18mm,整形使阀板的平面度控制在0.04~0.08mm,仍不能满足使用要求。Iron-based valve plates for refrigeration compressor were prepared by powder metallurgy, and the change law of geometry size and flatness was analyzed. The results indicate that both the length and width of valve plates increase after sintering and reshaping, while the thickness reduces. The maximum increasing values for length and width are 0.14 mm and 0.17 mm respectively, as the maximum reducing value for thickness is 0.08 mm, the geometry size can be controlled by preformation. The sintering process, which increases the flatness to a maximum value of 0.18 mm, is the main factor affecting deformation of valve plate, and the flatness can be controlled in the range of 0.04-0.08 mm after reshaping, which still can not satisfy the requirements.
