摘 要:针对重铬酸钠传统生产技术存在问题,提出电化学合成重铬酸钠的绿色新技术,阳极为自制钛基多元金属氧化物复合电极,所用阳极液为铬酸钠水溶液。阳极既是电催化合成过程的催化剂,又是电催化反应进行的场所。根据电催化合成重铬酸钠体系的特点,运用稳态极化曲线和交流阻抗技术研究了阳极反应动力学及电化学行为。实验测得阳极反应活化能等电极反应动力学参数及电极交流阻抗谱。讨论了反应温度对电极过电位和电催化反应速率、过电位对活化能的影响,阻抗谱表明该电化学体系表现为扩散控制机制。To address the problems existing in the traditional production technique of sodium dichromate,a new green technology of producing sodium dichromate with an electrosynthesis method was studied.The anode was a multiple-unit metal oxide combination electrode,and the anolyte was sodium chromate solution.The anode is not only a catalyst but also a place for the electrocatalysis reaction.Base on the characteristic of the electro-catalysis synthesis process of sodium dichromate,the anodic reaction kinetics and electrochemical behavior were studied by means of steady-state polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.The kinetic parameters such as anode reaction activation energy of electrode process and impedance spectra were measured.The effects of reaction temperature on electrode overpotential and electro-catalysis reaction rate and overpotential on activation energy were discussed.The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy shows that the electrochemical reaction system is diffusion controlled.
