热带玉米种质沈137优良抗性及其在抗病育种中的应用

摘　　要：沈137是具有热带玉米种质的优良抗病自交系。多年抗病鉴定结果表明,沈137高抗弯孢叶斑病、灰斑病,兼抗大斑病、小斑病、丝黑穗病等9种我国常见病害,是国内骨干自交系中已报道的抗病种类最多的自交系之一,以沈137及其衍生系所培育的杂交品种均在生产上表现出优良而稳定的抗病性。沈137在我国尤其东北地区的玉米抗病育种发展中发挥了重要作用。Based on the results of disease-resistant identification on the maize tropic germplasm Shen137,its characteristics of disease-resistance is evaluated.She137 is a good multiple resistance inbred line,which is high resistant to nine constant diseases,example as the Curvularia leaf blight,gray leaf spot and etc.Utilization of Shen137 is the important approaches to prevent the outbreak of disease problems in maize production in northeast of China.
