摘　　要：根据连续运输系统的工作要求,采用S7-200PLC串行通信网络进行连续运输系统的数据交流,Modbus RTU协议实现PLC的网络通信,完成连续运输系统各设备的相互闭锁和智能控制。应用结果表明:采用S7-200 PLC的Modbus RTU通信,传输数据准确可靠、效果良好。According to the requirements for continuous conveyance system,using S7-200PLC serial communication network to process the data communication of continuous conveyance system.The Modbus RTU protocols can realize multi-PLC network communication and complete the mutual locking and intelligent control of continuous conveyance system.The application results showed that Modbus RTU communication of S7-200 PLC transmit accuracy and reliable data,gained good effect.
