摘　　要：采用文献资料法、数理统计法、录像观察法和专家访谈法对2009-2010赛季NBA总决赛的七场比赛进行研究。篮板球是总决赛中影响湖人队比赛胜负的主要技术因素,三分球出手次数则反映了湖人制胜的战术因素。同时,球星过硬的心理素质、出色比赛控制能力和替补球员的良好发挥都是湖人队制胜的主要因素。By using the methods of literature,mathematical statistics,video observation and expert interviews analysis to study the final seven games of 2009-2010 NBA season,this result found that rebounds is the main technical factors,reflects the three-point shots is the tactical factors that Lakers winning in the NBA Finals.Meanwhile,Lakers＇success was mainly due to its excellent psychological quality of star,excellent game control and a good bench to play.
