纠正轮滑交叉步向后蹬地错误动作的方法初探

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、对照实验法、数理统计法、归纳分析等研究方法,对在弯道交叉步右腿交叉左腿时增加一个低头向右下看左脚的条件限制的作用进行分析,结论是强化左肩向右摆动动作,加大左肩向右摆动幅度,能够加大交叉阶段左腿向圆心倾斜的程度,有效地纠正交叉后的左脚用脚尖向后蹬地的错误动作,帮助学生更快地掌握弯道交叉步滑行时身体向圆心倾斜的方法和左脚向右侧蹬地技术。With the methods of documentary,control experiments,statistics and induction we have analyzed the effect of a special conditioning,lowering one＇s head to see the left-foot when performing cross-step left-turn slide.The results revealed that by fortifying the moving action and breadth of left-shoulder to right,the incline of body to the centre of a circle was increased,and subsequently the wrong way of student using the tip of left-foot in stroking off was corrected efficiently.Such the limited condition helped students learn the skills of leaning-the-body to circle-centre and stroking off the ground to right in practicing cross-step slide more quickly.
