愈肝汤联合阿德福韦酯治疗慢性乙型肝炎34例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药愈肝汤联合阿德福韦酯治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎(CHB)的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将68例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者随机分为2组。治疗组34例以愈肝汤联合阿德福韦酯进行治疗,对照组34例单用阿德福韦酯治疗。结果:治疗组在中医征候和临床症状的改善、HBeAg,HBV-DNA转阴率、肝功能的恢复好转、不良反应的降低等方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:愈肝汤联合阿德福韦酯治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎能提高疗效、改善临床症状并减少药物的不良反应。Objective:To observe the clinical effect andthe safety of Yugan Decoction combined with adefovir dipivoxil onthetreatment of chronic hepatitis B(CHB) patients.Methods:68 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.34 patients in the treatment group were treated with Yugan Decoction combined with adefovir dipivoxil while the 34 patients in the control group were only treated with adefovir dipivoxil.Results:The signs and symptoms of the patientsin the treatment groupi mprovedin HBeAg,HBV-DNA negative conversion rate,the recovery of liver function and the reduction of adverse reactions,significantly superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yugan Decoction combined with adefovir dipivoxil canraise the efficacy,improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the adverse drugreactions in the treatment of the chronic hepatitis B patients.
