摘  要:应用薄层色谱法对工业品 2丙烯酰胺基2甲基丙烷磺酸(简称 A M P S)进行了分析,以硅胶 G F254作为吸附剂,从几种溶剂系统中优选了 V(苯)∶ V (甲醇)= 2∶1 溶液作为展开剂,用 254 nm 紫外分析仪检测展开后的样品斑点。实验表明: A M P S的 Rf 为 036,而其主要杂质丙烯酰胺( A M)的 Rf为 0.64; A M P S的最小检出限为 5 μg,展开时间约为 25 m in。方法简便、快速、重现性好,有利于在生产过程中快速分析 A M P S及其所含杂质,从而指导对 A M P S的纯化处理。A method for the analysis of 2 acrylamido 2 methyl propane sulfonic acid(AMPS) by TLC is described. The plate was Silica GF 254 . We selected benzene/methanol as developing agent from several developing systems and fixed the best ratio:V(benzene)∶V(methanol)=2∶1. The experiment indicated that the R f value of AMPS was 0.36 while that of AM(acrylamide), the main impurity in crude AMPS sample, was 0.64 . The minimum detectable limit of AMPS was 5 μg and the developing time was about 25 minutes. Compared with ether/methanol and chloroform/methanol, benzene/methanol system has the advantages of more easily controlling its ratio, better repeatability and much rapid developing rate. This method may be helpful in the control of AMPS in quality.
