摘 要:在0.02 m ol/LNaHCO3-0.05 m ol/L Na2SO4 介质中,用极谱法和伏安法研究表明,铜-鸟嘌呤配合物在汞电极表面上的吸附服从Langm uir 吸附。测得其饱和吸附量Γm= 1.1×10- 10 m ol/cm 2,吸附系数β= 4.7×104,吸咐自由能△Go= - 36.6 kJ/m ol。在8×10- 6 m ol/L Cu2+ 离子存在下,可用示差脉冲阴极吸附溶出法测定8×10- 10~1×10- 8m ol/L浓度范围鸟嘌呤。Adsorption of Cu(Ⅱ) guanine complex at the mercury electrode has been studied in the medium of 0.02 mol/L NaHCO 3~0.05 mol/L Na 2SO 4 by using electrochemical methods. The compound is strongly adsorbed on the electrode,and Langmuir type of adsorption isotherm for the complex is observed .The maximum surface concentration( Γ m ), adsorption coefficient ( β ) and Gibbs energy of adsorption (△ G 。) determined are 1.1×10 -10 mol/L, 4.7×10 4 and -36.6 kJ/mol, respectively. In the presence of Cu(Ⅱ) ions, as low as 8×10 -10 ~1×10 -8 mol/L guanine can be determined by adsorption cathodic stripping differential pulse polarography.
