摘  要:用石墨粉、闭孔膨胀珍珠岩与硅酸盐水泥等材料,制成具有电磁波吸收功能的砂浆层.应用弓形法对砂浆在2~18GHz吸波性能进行了测试,研究不同石墨含量、不同砂浆厚度与砂浆吸波性能的关系.当砂浆层体积中含有30%的膨胀珍珠岩,含有200目(mesh number)石墨粉含量为20%wt时,比含量15%和25%吸波效果好;粒径为200目的石墨粉含量为20%wt时,厚度由1cm变为3cm时,吸收峰增多由2个变为6个,吸收频带增宽且向低频移动,在2~3GHz间吸波效果较差;在3~18GHz间,最大反射率为-3dB,最小吸收峰反射率达-27dB.吸波砂浆层上下界面的反射波干涉相消是随着厚度增加吸收峰增多且向低频移动的原因.In the experiment a kind of cement mortar capable of absorbing electromagnetic wave (EMW) was made of graphite, expanded perlite and Portland cement. The absorbing properties of this mortar were tested and the influence of thickness and the graphite content on the EMW refleetivity was studied by the arch reflecting method in the range of 2 - 18GHz. When the content of expanded perlite was 30% vol, the EMW absorption of the mortar containing 20% wt graphite was the best among the mortars of 15% wt, 20% wt and 25% wt 200 mesh graphite. And with the mortar's thickness increased from l cm to 3cm, the location of absorption peak moved to the low frequency and the number of peak increased from 2 to 6. The reason of this phenomenon is the interference cancellation of reflection EMW between top of the layer and the bottom of the layer. The EMW absorption value of the mortar was lower than -3dB in the range of 2 -3GHz. The maximum value of the absorption of the mortar was -3dB and the minimum value of the absorption was -27dB in the range of 3 - 18GHz.
