摘　　要：介绍了油田污水站沉降罐排泥情况,并对比了几种大罐排泥情况。为排净大罐污泥,临盘采油厂研制了内置式刮吸泥机,经过在采油二矿四净站实际应用,证明此刮泥机实现了不停产排泥,排泥有效率>95%,具有维护成本低,经济效益显著的优点。This article introduced the sludge-expelling of clarifying tank in effluent treatment plant,and contrasted sludge-expelling of several big tanks.In order to solve sludge-expelling problem of big tank,to develop an inset aspiration sludge scraper.After its application in No.4 effluent treatment plant,to prove that it can expel sludge while producing,and its efficiency can be more than 95%.At the same time,it has low maintenance cost and high economy benefits.
