民间社团发展与政府治理模式演变的关系

摘　　要：民间社团的发展与政府治理模式演变之间存在密切关系。民间社团的初步发展为"小政府、大社会"政府模式的形成提供必要条件;民间社团的勃兴促进政府治理模式转变,使得善治成为其追求的直接目标。民间社团是伴随着中国政府治理模式的逐步转变而日益发展的,民间社团的发展对中国追求善治的政府治理目标起到正向的推进作用。There is a close relationship between development of non-governmental organizations and evolution of government＇s governance mode.The initial development of non-governmental organizations provides the requirement for forming the mode of ＂small government,large society＂.The rising up luxuriantly of non-governmental organizations promotes the changing of the government＇s governance mode,so that the ＂good governance＂ has become the direct goal of the government.The changing of the government＇s governance mode is accompanied by the development of non-governmental organizations in China.The development of non-governmental organizations has promoted positively the ＂good governance＂ which the government pursues.
