摘　　要：退稿工作是科技期刊编辑流程中的重要环节.本文总结分析了科技期刊常见的退稿原因及退稿不当带来的负面影响,指出编辑退稿时应根据具体情况切实处理好不同类型拟退稿件.从建设作者群、稳定作者队伍、保护稿源的角度出发,理解作者、尊重作者,掌握退稿艺术,营造良好的退稿氛围,做到退稿不退人,保证科技期刊的学术质量,提高科技期刊的核心竞争力和影响力.Based on article rejection is an important part during the procedure of scientific journals＇ compilation,the common reasons of article rejection and the negative effect were analyzed and summerized,the author thinks that the article rejection should be done according to the classification of the article and the specific situation.In order to build up and stabilize the authors＇ team and protect the souce of artilces,the editor should understand and respect the author,master the art of artilce rejection,make the article rejection work in a rather fine environment was done,it may retain author after article rejecting,and the scientific journal＇s academic quality was ensured and its competitiveness and influence was enhanced.
