摘　　要：在构建惩治和预防腐败体系中,反腐倡廉教育处于基础性地位,起着导向作用。当前,腐败现象在一些地方和部门仍呈易发多发态势,其原因是多方面的,除了制度不完善、管理有漏洞等因素外,教育不扎实是其中一个很重要的原因。因此,深入开展反腐倡廉教育,提高党员干部拒腐防变能力,是摆在我们面前的一项长期的重大政治任务。Anti-corruption education plays a fundamental and guiding role iIn constructing the system for punishing and preventing corruption. At present, increasing corruptions are found in some areas and agencies. Besides the factor of imperfect system and administrative flaws, insolid education may be another important reason. It is a long-term major political task to conduct anti-corruption education in depth and improve the capability of senior official to resist corruption.
