摘　　要：阐述了棉花品种区域试验目的,详细总结了区试工作经验全过程。包括区试播种前的准备、地理环境条件、试验地准备、田间区划的原则、绘制田间种植示意图、划行与插牌、播种方式、田间管理、田间调查记载项目及取样方法、考种与取样、收花轧花、小区计产、试验总结等方面内容。可为国家或省区试棉花品种审定和推广提供科学依据,为规范棉花品种区域试验工作提供参考。The paper described the purpose of cotton variety regional test and summarized the whole process of regional test experience detailedly.It included preparation for regional test before planting,geographical and environmental conditions,preparation for test field,the principles of the field division,draw planting schematic diagram,divided field and tagged,sowing method,field management,field survey recorded and sampling methods,testing and sampling,harvested cotton and ginned,measured trial yield,summary for test and so on.It could provide a scientific basis for national or provincial cotton variety regional test and provide information for specification cotton variety test.
