Effects of Chromium Nicotinate and Potassium Chloride on Physiological and Serum Biochemical Indices of Heat-stressed Beef Cattle

摘  要:为研究烟酸铬与氯化钾对热应激肉牛生理指标及血液生化指标的影响,选用40头体重、月龄、平均日增重相近的西门塔尔杂交二代肉牛,随机分为4组,进行67 d的饲养试验(预试期7 d,正试期60 d)。于每日14:00测定畜舍的温度、湿度和供试牛的基本生理指标。在试验第0、30、60 d对试验牛只颈静脉采血制备血清,测定血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、血糖(GLU)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、球蛋白(GLO)、Na+、K+、Cl-、皮质醇(Cor)、三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)和甲状腺素(T4)含量。结果表明:与对照组相比,烟酸铬显著提高了热应激肉牛的呼吸频率(P<0.05),而对直肠温度没有影响(P>0.05)。氯化钾显著降低了热应激肉牛的呼吸频率和直肠温度(P<0.05)。同时饲喂二者时,试验牛只的呼吸频率和直肠温度都没有显著变化(P>0.05)。烟酸铬和氯化钾及二者的混合物对热应激肉牛血清ALT、AST、LDH、ALP、Cor、GLU和ALB含量没有显著影响(P>0.05),但有提高热应激肉牛血清K+含量的趋势。氯化钾降低了热应激肉牛血液中T4的含量,而烟酸铬提高了热应激肉牛血清ALP、T3水平。The study was conducted to determine the effects of chromium nicotinate and potassium chloride on physiological and serum biochemical indices of heat-stressed beef cattle.Forty crossbred beef cattle with similar body weight and age were divided into four groups.The temperature-humidity index of cowshed and respiratory rate,rectal temperature of beef cattle were measured at 14:00pm everyday for 67 days(pre-experiment 7 days,experiment 60 days).In the test period,the blood of each cattle was collected by jugular vein for 3 times(respectively on 0、30、60 d)to measure the concentration of ALT,AST,ALP,LDH,GLU,TP,ALB,GLO,Na+,K+,Cl-,Cor RIA,T3 and T4 in serum.The results indicated that the respiratory rate was improved by feeding chromium nicotinate comparing with control group(P0.05),but its rectal temperature had no differences(p0.05).The respiratory rate and rectal temperature were decreased by feeding potassium chloride comparing with control group(P0.05).Adding potassium chloride and chromium nicotinate to diet of beef cattle did not show any effect on respiratory rate and rectal temperature(P0.05).Comparing with control group,no significant differences were found in concentration of ALT,AST,LDH,ALP,CorRIA,GLU,TP,ALB,GLO of chromium nicotinate and patassium chloride teatment group(P0.05),but the K+ concentration had increasing.T4 concentration was decreased by feeding potassium chloride.ALP and T3 concentration were increased by feeding chromium nicotinate.
