摘　　要：积极合理运用组合学方法于化学领域的探索研究，可望产生许多新思想、新方法、新技术和新学科，这一现代“炼金术”是新世纪人类建设美好新生活的强有力杠杆。Applying combinatorial methodology to the fields of chemistry is rationally called extentional ombinatorial chemistry,and by means of which a great deal of novel ideas,methodologies and new technology can be produced.It is a powerful tool for mankind to create a glorious future in the new century. Key words Combinatorial chemistry,Extensional combinatorial chemistry,New chemistry,Combinatorial methodologies eparation and characterization,as well as their application in the areas of medicine,industry,agriculture were briefly ascribed.The problems demanded further research for better developing the exploration and application of the chitin/chitosan were emphasised.
