摘 要:研究了以2-(5-溴-2-噻唑氮)5-二乙氨基苯酚(5-Br-PADAP)作显色剂,CCD(Charge Coupled Device,电荷耦合器件)二极管阵列检测分光光度装置采集吸收光谱,用偏最小二乘法解析,同时测定了粮食中铜和锌.方法的线性范围锌为0.05~0.40μg·ml^(-1)·ml^(-1), 铜为0.02~0.60μg·ml^(-1);检出限铜为 0.02μg·ml^(-1),锌为0.05μg·ml^(-1).平均加标回收率锌为93.3%~95.7%,铜为92.2%~192.8%,相对标准差为2.9%~7.0%.Simultaneous photometric determination of zinc and copper using CCD-diode array detector with multivariate calibration of PLS was studied and reported in this paper. The reactions of Cu and Zn with 5-Br-PADAP were studied in detail. The linear ranges of zinc and copper are 0. 05-0.40μg·ml-1 and 0. 02-0. 60μg·ml-1 respectively. The detection limits are 0. 05μg·ml-1 for zinc, and 0. 02μg·ml-1 for copper. The proposed method has been successfully applied to the simultaneous determination of zinc and copper in grain. The average recoveries are found in the range of 93. 3%-95. 7% for zinc and 92. 2%-102. 8% for copper with RSD of 2. 9% -7. 0%. The proposed method is more sensitive, more accurate and faster than the ordinary spectrophotometric method.
