摘　　要：分析了中厚板的轧制过程,建立了变形方程,推导了中厚板轧制展宽新公式。该公式反映了中厚板各轧制阶段间钢板尺寸的关系,其计算精确,有利于轧制过程控制、钢坯安排、压下规程设定,以及板形和平面形状控制。同时,介绍了该公式的使用方法。The plate rolling process was analyzed.The deformation equations were established.The new spread formulas of the plate rolling were deduced.The relationships of plate size in every phase are expressed by new formulas.The new formulas had high precision and benefit for rolling course controlling,billet arrangement, rolling schedule setting and plate shape controlling.Meanwhile,the usage of the new formulas was introduced also.
