摘　　要：为进一步降低生产成本,石横特钢以Q215B碳素钢为原料,适当调整C、Mn等元素含量,在高速线材生产线上进行了Φ6～Φ10mm细晶粒钢筋的工业化试制,并对产品性能进行了检验。结果表明,该工艺条件下生产的HRBF400细晶粒钢筋微观组织均匀,力学性能稳定,各项性能均符合国家相关标准要求。Q215B steel with the content of C、Mn adjusted was taken as raw material on high speed wire rod line forφ6～φ10mm fine grain concrete bar producing at Shiheng Special Steel Co.,Ltd.The properties were tested.The results show that the microstructure is uniform and the mechanical property is stable,all of properties can meet the national standards.
