摘　　要：为了提高专利检索分析的效率,提出了一种专利信息管理系统的设计与实现方案。系统使用Visual Studio2008和SQL Server 2005进行开发,采用C/S架构。通过网络下载获取专利信息,并存入数据库。用户检索专利时直接从数据库中获取信息。系统使用水晶报表生成专利信息的统计报表以进行分析。运行结果表明,此系统检索快捷并且分析结果准确直观。In order to improve the efficiency of patent search and analysis,the design and implementation of a patent information management system is brought forward.The system is developed by using Visual Studio 2008 and SQL Server 2005,and applied C/S architecture.The system gets patent information over the network,and stores into the database.The information is obtained directly from the database when users search the patent information.The system uses the crystal report to generate statistical reports for patent information analysis.Running results show that the system retrieves the shortcut and the analysis results are accurate and intuitive.
