摘 要:该文针对国内循环流化床锅炉燃烧、汽水系统的复杂动态过程,采用基于经验的专家智能控制策略,能有效地解决大滞后、强耦合、工艺等原因给控制带来的难题,使锅炉系统自控连续运行成为可能。该系统在浙江省嵊州市热电厂的成功运行表明该方法可以大大提高 C F B B 的自控投运率。图9 表2 参5 。Focusing on the complex dynamic proccesses involved in combustion systems as well as in the water steam cycles of domestic circulating fluidized bed boilers, the paper proposes an expert intelligence control strategy based on experience, which can effectively solve problems caused by undue lagging or tough coupling as well as process occasioned problems, and thereby enabling continuous automatic control of boiler systems. The successful operation of this system in Zhejiang Province's Shengzhou Cogeneration Power Plant has demonstrated that by this method the commissioned scope of CFBB automatic control has considerably broadened.
