国外数字资源长期保存的热点问题研究

摘　　要：数字资源长期保存是应对数字资源的脆弱性和短暂性、保证数字资源的可持续利用而采取的必要措施。目前,很多国家对数字资源保存重要性的认识逐步加深,保存资源的范围不断扩大,主要关注数字资源保存的经济成本问题、数字资源的整合和互操作、数字资源长期保存的过程分析、数字资源的元数据及其互操作、长期保存活动的组织问题、数字资源的知识产权问题、数字资源保存系统等。The digital preservation is the necessary measure to response to the vulnerability and temporality of digital resources, to ensure the sustainable utilization of digital resources. At present, the awareness of many countries to the importance of the digital preservation is gradually deepening, the scope of preservation resources is expanding. These countries are focus on economic costs of the digital preservation, the integration and intereperability of the digital preservation, the process analysis of the digital preservation, the metadata and its interoperability of the digital preservation, the organization of the digital preservation, the intellectual property of the digital preservation, digital resource preservation systems,and so on.
