摘 要:目的:观察灯盏花素对链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导的糖尿病大鼠肾功能的影响。方法:雄性SD大鼠27只,随机分为正常对照组(C组)、糖尿病模型组(D组)、糖尿病灯盏花素治疗组(DD组)各9只。STZ腹腔注射建立糖尿病模型后,DD组每天给予灯盏花素20mg(/kg.d)灌胃,8周后测定三组大鼠血糖、血尿素氮、血肌酐。摘取左肾称重,右肾浸泡于4%中性福尔马林溶液中,常规HE染色,光镜下观察形态学改变。结果:成模8周时,D组大鼠的体重、血糖与C组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),DD组与D组大鼠的血糖及体质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);D组肾脏肥大指数、血尿素氮、肌酐升高,与C组大鼠比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);DD组经灯盏花素治疗8周后,血肌酐下降,但与D组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),尿素氮下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。肾组织HE染色显示,DD组大鼠肾小球体积较D组有所减小,血管襻开放。结论:灯盏花素不能降低糖尿病大鼠血糖,但能降低大鼠血尿素氮水平,对糖尿病大鼠肾功能有一定保护作用。Objective: To investigate the effects of Erigeronbreviscapus on renal function in rats with Streptozotocin(STZ)-induced diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods: A total of 27 male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into control group,DN group and intervention group,9 in each.Erigeronbreviscapus was given at a dose of 20 mg/kg,i.g per day for 8 weeks in the intervention group and saline was given to the DN group.Serum blood glucose,BUN and CK were measured after treatment;the left kidney was weighed and histology examination was performed on the right kidney.Results: As compared to the control group,the body weight and the level of serum blood glucose was increased in the DN and intervention groups(P0.01),but no significant difference was noted between the latter 2 groups(P0.05);the ratio of kidney weight to body weight and serum BUN and CK were increased in the DN group(P0.01).After treatment,the level of serum CK was deceased without a significant difference(P0.05) and the level of serum BUN was reduced to s significant difference(P0.01) in the intervention group as compared to the DN group.Histological results showed that a decease glomerular volume and a functional structure of glomerular capillary loops in the intervention group.Conclusion: Erigeronbreviscapus can not reduce the level of blood glucose but the level of BUN in diabetic nephropathy rats.
