摘  要:目的:探讨氯化三丁基锡(TBT)对青春期SD大鼠卵巢功能结构的影响。方法:21日龄雌性SD大鼠60只,经2d适应性饲养后,将大鼠随机分6组,其中一组是玉米油配制的对照组,其余五组分别用0.5mg/kg、2.5mg/kg、5.0mg/kg和7.5mg/kg、10.0mg/kg的TBT溶液灌胃染毒。在染毒30d结束后采集标本,应用放射免疫法作血清激素测定及应用光镜对卵巢组织进行形态学观察。结果:T改变与染毒剂量呈正相关;E2与染毒剂量呈负相关,同时伴有卵巢结构功能的严重改变。结论:TBT能够导致大鼠卵巢的内分泌和生殖功能的障碍,且存在着明显的剂量效应关系。其机制可能是TBT抑制了芳香化酶的活性,使卵巢分泌的雄激素不能转化为雌激素,干扰了大鼠的内分泌功能,导致了卵泡的发育障碍,促进了卵泡的凋亡。Objective:To research the effect of TBT on the ovary and internal secretion in adolescent female SD rats.Methods:60 female SD rats were 21 days old,after 2 day of feeding adaptation,the rats were randomly divided into 6 groups,one group was blank group which feed with corn oil,the other five groups respectively using TBT solution of 0.5mg/kg,2.5mg/kg,5.0mg/kg,7.5mg/kg and 10.0mg/kg to gavage exposure.After Exposition for 30 days collected the samples,then detected blood serum hormone by Radioimmunoassay and observed the shape of ovary organization by light microscope.Results:T change was positively correlated with the dose;E2 was negatively correlated with the dose,and the structure and function of ovary changes seriously.Conclusion:TBT can cause ovary's internal secretion and the reproduction function barrier the in adolescent female SD rats,and has the obvious dose effect relations.Possible mechanism is that TBT suppresses the activity of aromatase,so that androgen can not be converted to estrogen,which causes growth barrier of graafian follicle and promote the graafian follicle apoptosis.
