益气温阳化淤法治疗难治性心力衰竭34例临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨益气温阳化淤法对难治性心力衰竭病人心功能的影响。方法:将64例难治性心衰病人随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上联用益气温阳化淤汤,疗程为1个月。结果:治疗组的总有效率为91.2%,明显优于对照组76.5%(P<0.05);治疗组心功能参数改善均较对照组明显(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:益气温阳化淤法可减少西药的毒副反应,改善心功能,提高生活质量。Objective：To observe the clinic effect of Yiqiwenyang dissolving stasis soup on cardiac function in patients with refractory heart failure.Methods：Sixty-four patients with chronic heart failure were divided into two groups.All were treated in a basic treatment.Treatment group were given a basic treatment.Control group was treated Yiqiwenyang soup.The course lasted a month.Results：Total effective rate of treatment group was 91.2%,which was higer than 76.5% of control group（P0.05）.Cardiac index in treatment group improved obviously than that in control group（P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusion：Yiqiwenyang dissolving stasis soup could reduce side effects of western medicine,improve heart function and improve the quality of life.
