摘　　要：带死区的格型矢量量化（DZLVQ）给出了一种新的接近率失真函数的码率分配算法。通过指数函数拟合可以得出带死区的格型矢量量化（DZLVQ）的率失真函数（R—D）。Dead zone of the lattice vector quantization（DZLVQ）give a new rate-distortion function close rate allocation method.Can be obtained by fitting the exponential function with a dead zone lattice vector quantization（DZLVQ）the rate-distortion function（RD）.
