摘　　要：针对3G技术不断的发展成熟，车辆的管理也越来越依靠现代信息的手段进行管理，因此采用GPRS通讯方式来管理，从车辆安装GPRS开始，车辆使用GPRS、车辆收费等有关车辆和GPRS信息进行管理，并对现有的车辆使用GPRS的流程进行了适当的有益改进，大大的方便了车主和GPRS的管理者。Aiming at the development of mature 3G technology, the management also rely more and more cars means of modem information management,therefore adopt GPRS communication way to manage,from vehicles,vehicle use installation GPRS began on charges of GPRS,vehicle and GPRS information management,and to use the existing vehicle flow properly GPRS,greatly improved the beneficial owners and GPRS convenient to the manager.
