液超妥与痊愈妥复合敷料治疗Ⅱ度烧伤创面的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察液超妥与痊愈妥复合敷料治疗Ⅱ度烧伤创面的效果。方法选择我院20例Ⅱ度烧伤创面进行自身对照研究,将其分为研究组和对照组两组,每组各20个创面。研究组使用液超妥与痊愈妥复合敷料覆盖创面,对照组使用无菌凡士林油纱和纱布覆盖创面,比较两组术后(5、7 d,7、14 d)治疗效果。结果研究组显效17例,显效率85%;对照组显效6例,显效率30%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。研究组浅Ⅱ度烧伤创面和深Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合时间均较对照组缩短,伤后不同时间创面愈合率亦较对照组明显提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论液超妥与痊愈妥复合敷料对Ⅱ度烧伤创面能起到良好的保护效果,并可加快创面愈合,减少创面感染及瘢痕形成。Objective To investigate the effect of the calcium alginate and allevyn adhesive combined dressing in treatment of second-degree burns.Methods 20 patients with second-degree burn sites for autologous control study were enrolled and divided into study group and control group（20 raw surfaces each）.The burn sites in study group were covered with calcium alginate and allevyn adhesive combined dressing,but those in control group were covered with Vaseline carbasus,concrescence time and effect（on the 5th,7th,and 7th,14th day） in the two groups were compared.Results The effect was significant in 17 patients（85%） in the study group,but 6（30%） in control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant（P0.01）.The concrescence time of deep and superficial second-degree burn sites in the study group was shorter than that in control group,and healing rate was significantly higher than that in the control group in different periods（P0.01）.Conclusion Calcium alginate and allevyn adhesive combined dressing in treatment of second-degree burns can protect the burn sites effectively,accelerate concrescence time and reduce infection and cicatrix.
