摘 要:目的研究沸石的载锆改性方法及对含氟水的除氟效果。方法用0.5 mol/L的盐酸浸泡活化沸石24 h,以固液比1∶15加入100 g/L的氧氯化锆溶液,浸渍振荡12 h制备载锆改性沸石。采用载锆改性沸石对10 mg/L含氟水样进行静态除氟实验(适宜工作条件:pH=4~53,0℃,140 r/min振荡速度下吸附200 min),并拟合Langmuir吸附等温线。结果当吸附剂投加量为5 g/L时,除氟率为91.1%。吸附剂对氟的吸附等温线符合Langmuir方程,饱和吸附量为7.28 mg/g,吸附平衡常数为0.378 L/mg。结论载锆改性沸石对高氟水除氟容量大,除氟效果好。Objective To study the preparation method of zirconium modified permutite and fluoride removal efficiency of permutite. Methods A zirconium-modified permutite adsorbent was prepared by activating with 0.5 mol/L hydrochloric acid for 24 h, adding 100 g/L zirconium oxychloride with solid-liquid ratio 1:15 and oscillating for 12 h. The water containing 10 mg/L F- was treated with zirconium-modified permutite in static test (the optimal conditions were : pH values of 4-5, contact time was 200 min by oscillating in 30 ℃ at 140 r/min). And equilibrium adsorption data fitted to Langmuir adsorption isotherm. Results The removal rate of fluoride was 91.1% at the dosage of 5.0 g/L adsorbent. The equilibrium adsorption data fitted well to Langmuir adsorption isotherm and showing maximum fluoride adsorption capacity of 7.28 mg/g and equilibrium constant of 0.378 L/rag at 30 ℃. Conclusion The zirconium-modified permutite adsorbent presents high adsorption capacity and efficiency in fluoride removal.
