低碳经济模式下企业融资机制研究

摘　　要：低碳经济实质上是一种新的经济发展模式,其核心在于通过能源技术和减排技术的创新,有效控制碳排放,防止气候变暖,促进全球生态平衡。现阶段,低碳经济发展亟待解决的就是技术创新,而技术创新最根本的保障就是资金。在低碳经济产业资金链较长、投资规模较大、投资回收期较长的情况下,建立健全有利于低碳经济发展的企业融资机制具有重要的现实意义。文章通过对低碳经济模式下的企业融资机制的现实背景进行分析,根据我国国情,提出几点完善低碳企业融资机制的途径,旨在融资方面支撑低碳技术的创新,从而促进我国低碳产业的发展。Low-carbon economy is a new model for economic development and its core is to control emission of carbon,to prevent weather from becoming warmer and to promote ecological balance by means of innovation in energy technology.At present,the key to develop low-carbon economy is technology innovation and its basic guarantee is capital.The industrial chain of low-carbon economy is long and its investment needs huge capital.So establishing financing mechanism for enterprises is of great importance.This paper,based on China's reality,comes up with some measures to improve financing mechanism for enterprises so as to support technology innovation in developing low-carbon economy.
