摘　　要：根据滚齿加工原理及加工对象,对滚齿机的传动系统和使用刀具进行了分析,得出滚齿机工作时其传动系统中需要调整的内容,总结出一整套调整方法,以供机床操作人员及工艺技术人员快速有序地完成加工前的机床调整。The paper has analyzed the transmission system and cutting tools according to the principle of gear hobbing process and the processing object, which has obtained the necessary adjustment about bobbing machine drive system, and has summarized a set of adjustment methods for the operators or technicians to complete adjust the machine rapidly and orderly before processing.
