摘 要:目的探讨电烧伤深度创面早期修复的方法和疗效,为深度电烧伤的治疗提供借鉴。方法回顾性分析2000年1月至2010年7月收治的132例电烧伤患者,162处深度电烧伤创面除去16处所在创面肢体坏死截肢外,观察其余146处深度创面早期扩创Ⅰ期组织瓣修复后的临床效果。结果 146处深度电烧伤创面全部治愈,手术后组织瓣Ⅰ期愈合率96.6%。结论早期扩创Ⅰ期组织瓣修复深度电烧伤创面是一种理想方法,可以最大程度恢复电烧伤部位外形和功能,缩短疗程。Objective To investigate the clinical methods and effects of repair of wounds after deep electrical burn in early period,in order to provide the experience of treatment for other patients.Methods 132 patients with deep electrical burn were analyzed retrospectively in our ward from January 2000 to July 2010.Tissue flaps were applied to repair 146 wounds after debridement in early period.The clinical effects of repair of 146 wounds were observed.Results 146 wounds after deep electrical burn were reconstructed with tissue flaps after the operation.The rate of primary healing of tissue flaps was 96.6%.Conclusion It is an ideal method to repair wounds after debridement with tissue flaps after deep electrical burn in early period.Figure and function of all cases could be greatly improved by this method.
