摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜辅助小切口技术切除无功能炎症性肾脏的临床应用。方法回顾分析2006年2月至2009年6月采用腹腔镜辅助小切口技术治疗无功能炎症性肾脏12例,其中肾结核4例,继发于肾结石梗阻致脓肾6例,黄色肉芽肿性肾盂肾炎2例。术前行肾脏功能学和影像学评价。记录手术时间、失血量、术中操作难点、中转情况、术后恢复及并发症情况。结果平均手术时间为(110±58)min,平均失血量(200±195)ml,术后平均住院日为7.3 d,3例中转开放手术,术中、术后无重要并发症发生。结论腹腔镜辅助小切口技术可以微创、安全地切除无功能炎症性肾脏,术前影像学评估患肾情况及术中采用合理技术可以减少并发症。Objective To evaluate the clinical application of laparoscopic assisted mini-incision nephrectomy for nonfunction inflammatory kidneys.Methods 12 cases were performed laparoscopic assisted mini-incision nephrectomy from February 2006 to June 2009.The demographic data on the operative time,operative technique,blood loss,conversion,length of stay,and complications were recorded and analyzed.Results Mean operation time was（110±58） min,blood loss was（200±195） ml,and the average hospital stay was 7.3 days.Conversion was performed in 3 cases.No significant intraoperative or postoperative complications were observed.Conclusion The results of this study indicate that laparoscopic assisted mini-incision nephrectomy for nonfunction inflammatory kidneys is a safe,effective,and less invasive treatment techenology.Preoperative imaging evaluation of inflammatory kidneys and technical modifications may help reduce morbidity.
