单枚腰椎间融合器配合椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗腰椎不稳症

摘　　要：目的探讨腰椎后路减压单枚椎间融合器配合椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗腰椎不稳症的临床疗效。方法从2005年4月至2009年4月,对38例腰椎不稳症的患者均行后路减压单枚椎间融合器配合椎弓根螺钉内固定术。结果 38例患者经随访12-36个月（平均18个月）,患者症状均消失,腰椎高度无丢失,无断钉、断棒并发症。术后椎间融合标准按SUK标准,优30例,良8例。临床疗效根据日本JOA评分（29分法）,优21例,良13例,可2例,优良率89.5%。结论经后路减压单枚椎间融合器配合椎弓根内固定在治疗腰椎不稳症上,植骨融合率高,症状改善明显,疗效满意。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of lumbar spine instability with.Posterior decompression of lumbar fusion used cage alone with pedicle screw fixation.Methods From April 2005-April 2 009,38 cases of patients with lumbar spinal instability were operated with posterior fusion cage and pedicle screw fixation.Results 38 cases were followed up for 12 months-36 months（average of 18 months）,All patients was recovered,lumbar height without loss,no broken nails,broken stick complications.Fusion standard by SUK standards,Excellent in 30 cases,good in 8 cases.Clinical score based on JOA of Japan（29 min method）,Excellent in 21 cases,good in 13 cases,mean in 2 cases,and good in 89.5%.Conclusion Posterior decompression alone fusion cage and pedicle screw fixation in lumbar spine instability,the fusion rate is high and improving symptoms,results were satisfactory.
