晚期肿瘤患者自杀实例分析

摘　　要：目的分析肿瘤患者自杀原因,寻求其预防与护理措施。方法对5例患者的年龄、自杀时间、诊断、疗效及经济状况等进行分析。结果 5例患者都属于抑郁症高发肿瘤,4例年龄处于抑郁症高发老龄阶段,并都处于引发抑郁症原因之一的生活质量低下状态,3例患者自杀时间为凌晨亦符合抑郁症患者的自杀时间。自杀原因主要是抑郁症,肿瘤病症晚期,身心痛苦、经济压力等亦是自杀的因素。结论应对抑郁症高发肿瘤患者、抑郁症高发老龄阶段患者开展抑郁症诊疗及护理干预,以避免肿瘤患者采取极端方式。Objective To analyze the reasons of the patients＇suicide, seek the measures for prevention and the nursing intervention. Methods Ages, time of suicide, diagnoses, curative effect and financial situations of the 5 cases were documented and analyzed. Results The diseases the patients got were highly correlated with depression. 4 of them were of old ages and much more likely to have depression than others, and they are all in the conditions of low quality of life. 3 of the patients＇time of suicide met the depression patients＇suicide time. So the main reason of suicide is depression, and being in the advanced stage of tumor, body pain and low spirits, the financial pressure were also included in the reasons of suicide. Conclusion Diagnoses of depression and nursing intervention in the treatment of these kinds of tumor patients could help prevent them from taking extreme ways.
