摘　　要：分析了以太网无源光网络(EPON)系统对远端ONU设备进行远程升级过程中存在的弊端,结合IEEE 802.3ah标准中下行报文的特点,创新地提出利用基于IEEE 802.3ah标准的下行报文替代传统操作管理维护协议(OAM)报文对远端设备进行升级的改进方案,改进后的升级方案可使升级过程更为快速、稳定。In this article, the disadvantages of remote ONU device are analyzed, which is upgraded remotely by Ethernet Passive Optical Network （EPON） system. And combined with the characteristics of the downstream packet in IEEE 802.3ah standard, an upgrading scheme is innovatively presented by using the downstream packet in IEEE 802.3ah standard instead of the Operating Administration and Maintenance （OAM） agreement packet. The improved scheme makes the upgrade process more rapid and stable.
