摘 要:大量程流量的测量一直是业界研究的问题。为解决大量程流量的测量,根据流体流量、管径、流速之间的关系,讨论测量方案中管径的匹配、方案实施时PLC程序的实现和应用注意事项等,该设计方案已经获得实际应用,实践表明采用三管道大量程比流量的测量方案不仅可获得高达400∶1的范围度,而且能够在较低性价比条件下保证足够的测量精度,因此,特别适合贸易结算和需要大范围度流量测量的应用场合。Measurement of large range tlow has been the lndustry's problem. In order to solve the problem about measurement of large range flow, the dissertation discussed about match of pipe diameter in measurement project, realization and precautions of PLC program when implementing measurement project according to relationship among fluid flow, pipe diameter and flow rate. This design program has been applied in the practice. The result shows measurement solution of large range ratio of three pipes described in this dissertation, range can be reached at 400 : 1, in addition, adequate accuracy can be ensured in the lower cost performance condition. Therefore, it is particularly suitable for trade settlement and application field which measurement of large range flow is required.
