摘 要:通过对水泥窑热力系统和发电热力系统的研究,提出一种余热发电方法——烟气分流法。将某一级预热器出口烟气木进行分流,在余热发电的同时提高预热器内固气比,提高预热器热效率,其收益等效于补充燃料热,因此可相对地降低补充燃料量,使"增加电量的单位标煤耗"可与国内火力发电的先进水平相媲美,而且吨熟料发电量相对较高。By study on the thermodynamic system of cement kiln and power generation, a waste heat power generation system flue gas distributary, was brougth forward. In the method the outlet flue gas of a cyclone preheater is distributed to the next stage cyclone and the waste heat power generation system respectively, which can benefit both the power generation and the preheate, for the lat- ter, the ratio of solid to gas can be increased which leads to a higher thermal efficiency; and for the former, the returns equal to the heat of complementary fuel, all that means the quantity of complementary fuel will be decreased correspondingly, and the "standard unit coal consumption of the added power" is comparable to the national advanced level of fossil power generation, moreover the unit clinker power generation is relative high.
