摘 要:下排气旋风分离器具有压力损失低,易于布置和支撑的特点,在循环流化床锅炉和循环流化床烟气脱硫技术中得到应用。以模拟为手段,研究了下排气旋风分离器的流动特性。结果表明,分离器顶部气流存在上旋涡,部分气流流入排气管,剩余气流在灰斗内形成大尺度涡流;分离器内形成了Rankine复合涡。研究了进口形状、导流体和排气管对分离效率和压力损失的影响,为工程优化设计选型提供依据。Cyclone separator with downward exhaust gas has character of lower resistance,easy to disposal and support.It is used in circulation fluidized bed boiler and circulation fluidized bed flue gas desulfurization.Numerical simulation was used to study flow field of cyclone separator.The results show that the gas flow of the cyclone separator has an apex vortex ring flow,a flow characterized by a direct entry into an exhaust pipe,and a vortex in the ash bucket.Rankine composite vortex can be seen in the cyclone separator.Effect of entrance shape,rotor and exhaust pipe to separation efficiency and resistance is studied.The results can be used as a practical reference during the engineering design and type selection of cyclone separators.
