摘　　要：小岛运行是机组在异常工况下的一种特殊运行方式,要求整个机组主、辅机协调配合及合理控制策略应对机组特殊工况下的动态特性。在电网出现突发性故障时,具备机组快速甩负荷(FCB)功能的机组可快速减负荷并转为带厂用电作孤岛运行,随时可恢复对外送电,缩短电网恢复时间。介绍了某电厂300 MW机组进行的甩负荷小岛运行试验,对试验的成功进行了详细分析,给出了试验条件和试验过程,并提出了建议,试验结果表明汽轮机调节系统动态特性满足运行要求。Island operation is an operation under anomalous condition,which requires great control strategy capable of handling the unit＇s dynamic behavior under extraordinary operation mode to achieve harmonic coordination of all the main and auxiliary machinery.When grid fault occur,units capable of FCB function can be work under island operation,later can transform power to grid.The description of the island operation performed on Qingshan Power Plant 300MW units is presented,accompanied by a detailed analysis of the success achieved;together with relevant recommendations and explanations of the experience gained.
