摘 要:通过焊接性分析及焊接工艺评定试验掌握钽合金的焊接特点及焊接热输入对焊缝性能的影响,并结合Ta1+TA1+Q345R复合板的焊接难点,选择合适的焊接热输入、制定合理的坡口型式和焊接措施;通过焊缝模式试验,解决钽复层的保护和防护以及克服钽材和钢材的熔点悬殊的难题,避免焊缝烧穿、开裂等缺陷,保证了钽复层的焊接质量并成功应用在生产实践中。By the weldability analysis and weld procedure qualification test,the characteristic of the tantalum alloy welding was discussed and the effect of welding heat input on weld performance was grasped.In order to avoid weld burn,cracks and other defects and assure the tantalum multiple coat′s welding quality,the appropriate welding heat input and reasonable welding groove type and technical measures,through the weld test mode and combined with Ta1 + TA1 + Q345R clad plate welding difficulties,were chosen.Those problem,such as the multiple coat of protection of tantalum and protection issues and the significant differences between tantalum materials to steel the melting point of the problem,were solved and overcomed.It bgained successful during the actual manufacturing.
